My name is Suzanne and I have been doing photography professionally for 16 years. My main focus has been people, as I absolutely adore the challenge in capturing a moment and giving my clients incredible memories, on paper, revealing the beauty of their families. People will most likely always be my passion but I have recently become very interested in capturing other types of beauty around me! I plan to share my journey of discovery, along with my favorite subject matter!! That brings me to Change.
Change, It's a word that has always driven fear into me, a very uncomfortable feeling of dread and feeling I had no control.
What I have come to learn over the last 3 years or so, is that I am starting to relish in change! WHAT????? I know, it's as hard for me to believe as it may be to those who know me! :-) I'm finding that some of my GREATEST achievements or journeys have all been because change is always around us, and I should be welcoming it instead of running from it!
I have had significant changes in my life over the years, as most of us do! I have raised two beautiful girls who always kept me on my toes, sent one off already to college with another on her heels! THIS was one of the biggest changes that I had to wrap my head around and maybe was the catalyst for me to understand it was not to be feared but to be embraced!
Starting a blog, to help share with the world my love for photography, and my love for my family and friends would have been something that I would have not even had the guts to delve into a few years ago. Today, I am beyond excited to learn all I need to, to make this a great place to share and connect with you!!
I will share my paid sessions as well as pictures I take just for me, stories and feelings! I hope that we can connect on any level and welcome comments and interaction! I LOVE "meeting" and learning about others!
I can sincerely say that I now believe when I find something new on the horizon, it means fantastic things are about to happen!!
